Privacy policy

TofuPages is a brand of Dope Creatives Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201729324E), 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987 (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through www.tofupages.com, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Project planner: your name, company, work email, and optionally your phone number, current website address, message and how you heard about us, together with your project answers and estimate.
- Website check: the website address you enter and your work email. We fetch and analyse that public website to produce your report.
- Emails and messages you send us, including on WhatsApp.
- Basic usage data: anonymous page views and device type, through privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies to track you across sites.
- Technical data such as your IP address, used briefly to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver our services.
- To send you the website check report you asked for.
- To follow up on your enquiry. We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask us to.
- To keep the site secure and understand which pages are useful.
By submitting a form, you consent to us using your details for these purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and our business, under appropriate safeguards:
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Resend (sending emails)
- Google PageSpeed Insights (receives the website address you ask us to check, not your email)
- Our group companies (Dope Creatives, Yetivate, Eventory Asia), only where your project involves their services
Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure your data receives a comparable standard of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project data for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for any legal or accounting period that applies. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent for us to use it, by emailing hello@tofupages.com. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to continue a project with you. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Security
We protect personal data with reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and limited access to the people who need it.
