Free website check: see what to fix first

The Broker Singapore

An independent mortgage broker in Singapore that compares home and property loans across banks, at no cost to the borrower. We replaced the WordPress site with a calm "blue hour" design and three calculators that answer the first questions for you.

The brief

Business websiteMortgage calculatorsSEO and AI searchLead capture

Borrowers arrive with the same three questions: what will I pay each month, how much stamp duty, and how much can I borrow. The old site answered none of them.

So the calculators became the centre of the site and the lead magnet. Results are free and instant. Visitors who want the full breakdown emailed to them leave their details, and the broker gets the enquiry with the numbers attached.

What we built

Three calculators

Monthly repayment with a chart and yearly table, stamp duty (BSD and ABSD), and how much you can borrow under TDSR, MSR and LTV rules.

Rules with sources

Every rate and limit lives in one dated file with IRAS, MAS and HDB sources, checked by 28 unit tests.

Breakdown by email

The free result can be emailed as a full breakdown, which also sends the lead to the broker's inbox.

A page per loan

Six loan pages, each with the rules, how the broker helps, a calculator and an FAQ.

Buying overseas

A section for buyers looking at property in London, Australia and Japan.

A clean migration

Redirects for the old legal pages, and 63 leftover template posts retired with 410 Gone so search engines drop them.
